What is a Fractional Integrator (FI)?
A fractional integrator is scaffolding for your business. Your FI will hold up the structure of EOS® while partnering with you to internalize it. In other words, my job is to work myself out of a job! Meeting weekly with you, I will guide you through the day-to-day tools of EOS® until your business has incorporated those principles and can begin maintaining itself. At that point, I will congratulate you and begin remodeling another business.
What is EOS®?
EOS® stands for Entrepreneurial Operating System® which is a plan for structure, communication, and efficiency developed and explained by Gino Wickman in his book Traction. The EOS® system represents a blueprint for companies to attain health and steady growth.

I was a business owner like you. I know what it's like to feel frustrated, stuck, and sleep-deprived. On a recommendation, I read the book Traction by Gino Wickman and fell in love with EOS®. Becoming the integrator for my business, I first worked with the leadership team to incorporate EOS® and later helped extend its principles to the whole company. Once efficiency and communication improved, we could streamline the business for growth, hiring, and firing based on core values and measurables. When we sold the company, I realized how much I missed working with EOS® to shape and build my business. I decided to become an independent fractional integrator so that I could use my passion and experience to help other business owners incorporate EOS® into their company.

A friend introduced me to EOS® in 2018. He believed that it would help the business I owned at the time, and he was 100% correct. EOS provided tools and a framework to solve long-standing issues within the company. Since implementing EOS®, I've sold the company. I worked as an employee for 2 years and am now ready to move into fractional integration. My goal is to help other companies use the EOS system and tools to make life-changing improvements in their businesses.
